Step-by-Step Procedure

  1. Submit your request by email to cotizacion@loomiatech.com, including:
    • Order identification (number or ID)
    • Type of service purchased
    • Clear and concise reason for the return
    • Evidence or screenshot supporting the issue
  2. You will receive a response from our technical team within a maximum of 3 business days, informing you whether the return request is approved.
  3. If approved, you will be informed of the refund method.
  4. The refund will be processed within 10 business days following approval.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Additional Support

  • If the digital product presents technical failures or does not match the purchased item, LoomiaTech commits to providing technical support for 15 calendar days after delivery, seeking to resolve the issue or, if necessary, issuing a partial or full refund.
  • For contracted services that include digital deliverables, reasonable adjustments may be made at no additional cost within the first 7 days after service delivery, provided they do not involve a change in scope.

Tax Aspects of Refunds

For refunds of transactions that have been invoiced, LoomiaTech will issue the corresponding credit note in accordance with current tax provisions. The refund process will begin once the tax procedure has been completed.

Final Considerations

  • Refunds will not apply if there is verifiable use of the downloaded file.
  • This policy does not limit or affect the inalienable consumer rights recognized by the Federal Consumer Protection Law and other applicable regulations in Mexico.
  • Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and may be submitted to PROFECO if the consumer so wishes.

Policy Modifications

LoomiaTech reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Modifications will be published on the website with their effective date and will not affect refund requests already initiated, which will be governed by the policy in force at the time of purchase.
